Our real estate practice is a natural outgrowth of our corporate transaction practice. Most corporations and other businesses own or lease real estate. Therefore it is no surprise that real estate loans, sales, purchases, leases, and subleases are part of what we do every day. As just one example, our attorneys have literally handled hundreds of commercial and retail leases, and they have done so on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
